Curriculum Overview

We follow EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum which is a comprehensive framework, designed to support the learning and development of children from birth to 5 years old. We focus on helping children develop key skills through play, exploration, and hands-on activities. It provides a structured approach to early childhood education, ensuring that every child receives the best possible start in life.

The curriculum emphasizes learning through play and exploration, allowing children to develop at their own pace in a supportive and stimulating environment. It also includes regular assessments to track each child’s progress, ensuring that any additional support or intervention is provided as needed. The ultimate goal of the EYFS curriculum is to prepare children for their next stage of education, fostering a love of learning and the skills needed for future success.

The curriculum covers all the seven areas of learning & development, which are:

The EYFS curriculum in our nursery blends international best practices with local cultural relevance to foster comprehensive child development. We integrate Arabic language, Islamic values and local cultural elements sensitively throughout our thematic approach, ensuring that children develop a strong sense of identity and respect for diversity. Our nurturing environment encourages exploration, play, and

inquiry, supported by continuous observation and assessment to tailor learning experiences of each child. We prioritize partnerships with families and the community to ensure holistic development and readiness for future educational milestones, while maintaining a focus on well-being and inclusivity for all children.
