Deputy Nursery Manager

I would like to take this opportunity to formally introduce myself as the Deputy Manager for the Little Learners Nursery. I am responsible for overseeing the cohort as a whole, ensuring the safety, well-being, and educational progress of each child.

This is my first year at Little Learners Nursery, however I bring with me a wealth of experience from my eight years as a teacher, having worked in both EYFS settings and school. Over the past 8 years, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles, which have enabled me to develop a profound understanding of young learner’s needs and the significance of providing a nurturing, supportive environment under EYFS framework and KHDA guidelines.

I am deeply passionate about my work and consistently seek out new responsibilities to continually expand my knowledge and skills. Alongside my passion for education, I like to keep myself fit engaging in yoga, hiking and nature walk. In my free time, I enjoy to go out with family, sipping coffee and love travelling.

I firmly embrace the notion that positive environment and high standard of decorum are essential in fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere. When children arrive at nursery with joy and without fear, it signifies a supportive and secure environment. This is the kind of atmosphere we strive to foster at Little Learners Nursery.

I am eagerly anticipating a year of growth, discovery, and achievement for our young learners.
